We are currently looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager to identify international strategic business opportunities that will increase/generate revenues for the company. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers from other countries and finding buyers/end users in the USA and worldwide. An individual who has an established set of supplier/buyer contacts is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business/Trade or related discipline. Preferably with Master’s Degree in Business.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a trading company.
• Experienced in international trade procedures.

• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with long term supply contracts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, can meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Must be able to work well with all other areas of the company to ensure that the goals and objectives are met.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Identify business opportunities abroad.
• Source metal scrap, find buyers/end users in the USA and worldwide, negotiate and close the deal.
• Coordinate business operations between US corporate office, suppliers, and buyers worldwide.
• Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and end users.
• Synchronize supply and demand.
• Monitor trade regulations.
• Manage and grow sales.
• Monitor market trends for new sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement advertising and promotional strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies and objectives to drive improvements in the sourcing process.
